Friends of Light Rail & Transit employs a part-time Executive Director. Seann Rooney has served as Executive Director since 2001. Mr. Rooney has held a number of Executive Director positions in the past ten years for a variety of organizations. He is a consultant in Sacramento who specializes in community outreach, planning, transportation, land use and general public affairs.
